Short description for English speaking Partner
All of Ineta’s love for Spain fits into our entire “Niam Niam”, as does Svajunas’s love for Greece, all of the history of running on the orange-flavored Cypriot paths, all of our love for their national cuisine, and all the sincere memories of Dubai’s sand. When you feel part of the country with all its colors, and when you return home when you get anxious and quietly mumble sentences in Spanish when the outburst of emotions climbs like paella rice over the edges of a pot every time these memories cross your mind when you are excited as a freshly roasted nut as you open a new edition of “Clip” magazine and read about the floristry of that country when my husband is constantly gabbing about their cuisine and I don’t have a clue about the kitchen … and when you open a jar of Spanish pickled peppers, as a side dish for the fish, you realize that maybe I have done a decent job – you wish to have an unbreakable connection with the country where the pots of sun are boiling.
And we thought we wanted to share that bond and the goodies ripened in the sun’s mouth with everyone. We also have another goal – to share the buckets of sun food, oil baths and all that comes from the hardworking hands of local farmers, including farm stories that travel from generation to generation and their most valuable products.
